Refund Policy

At GPLGuide, our mission is to make premium WordPress plugins and themes affordable for everyone. We manage thousands of products, keep them updated, and maintain developer subscriptions so our users can access high-quality tools at very low prices.

Because of the nature of digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our team.


1. Membership Purchases

GPLGuide offers a 3-day refund window for membership purchases under fair usage conditions.

You may request a refund if:

✔ Fewer than 3 products were downloaded
✔ No bonus products were claimed
✔ The refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
✔ No coupon or discount code was used during purchase
✔ The downloaded product has a genuine technical issue

Refunds will not be issued if the products are functioning properly or if the system is abused by downloading multiple files and then requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


2. Single Product Purchases

Due to the very low pricing of individual products, refunds for single product purchases are generally not provided.

However, if a product is completely unusable or broken:

✔ Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue
✔ If the issue cannot be fixed, we will offer a replacement product of equal or greater value


3. Automatic Update System

GPLGuide may provide an automatic update feature through an updater plugin as a bonus convenience tool, not as the primary product.

Occasionally, downtime or maintenance may occur due to the large number of files we manage. Temporary issues with the update system do not qualify for refunds.

If you experience any problems, please contact our support team and we will provide manual download options.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds can only be requested by the original purchaser of the product or membership.

Memberships are non-transferable, and refunds will not be granted if the account has been shared or used by another person.


5. Contact Support First

Before requesting a refund, we recommend contacting our support team. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting and assistance.


6. Refund Limits

To prevent misuse of our system, each customer is eligible for one refund request per year.


7. Policy Updates

GPLGuide reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any important changes will be published on this page.
