About this product
AffiliateWP Affiliate Portal 1.5.4 is an add-on for the AffiliateWP plugin that replaces the standard Affiliate Area with a full-screen dashboard of its own. It is for affiliate program owners who want their affiliates to see the same tidy layout whatever theme the site runs, without writing CSS, JavaScript or PHP to make the Affiliate Area fit. Your affiliates log in and land straight in the portal on a phone, tablet or computer, while your theme keeps handling the rest of the site.
What's in the AffiliateWP Affiliate Portal download
Our download is the original AffiliateWP Affiliate Portal ZIP for version 1.5.4. It holds the add-on only. AffiliateWP itself is a separate plugin, is not in this file and has to be on the site first. Add-ons that show up inside the portal, such as Multi-Tier Commissions, Affiliate Landing Pages or Custom Affiliate Slugs, are separate downloads too.
Good to know
The portal needs AffiliateWP installed and active, and the developer asks for a current WordPress release and PHP 8 or newer for AffiliateWP and every add-on. Three add-ons don't work with it: Affiliate Area Shortcodes, Affiliate Area Tabs and Affiliate Dashboard Sharing. The portal skips your theme's CSS, so style changes go in a child theme or a small custom plugin. To see it the way an affiliate does, create an affiliate account for yourself or use the User Switching plugin.
How to install AffiliateWP Affiliate Portal
- Install and activate AffiliateWP first under Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, because the portal is an add-on for it.
- Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
- Go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the Affiliate Portal ZIP and click Install Now.
- When WordPress has finished the upload, click Activate Plugin to switch the add-on on.
- Open AffiliateWP, Settings, Affiliate Portal, tick Enable the Affiliate Portal and click Save Changes, then add your logo on the same screen.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.
How do updates work?
When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.
What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?
Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
