About this product
MainWP WooCommerce Shortcuts 5.1 adds quick links to each store's WooCommerce admin screens right on that store's page in your central dashboard. It's meant for agencies, freelancers and shop owners who look after several WooCommerce stores from one place and are tired of logging in to each one just to check new orders, add a product or open a report. You pick the store, click the screen you want and land on that store's own WooCommerce page.
What's in the MainWP WooCommerce Shortcuts download
Our download is the original MainWP WooCommerce Shortcuts ZIP for version 5.1. It's a single add-on plugin for your dashboard site. It has no settings screen of its own, and its entry in the add-ons list only shows a notice. Sales figures and order statistics come from a different add-on, WooCommerce Status, which isn't part of this file.
Good to know
This is an add-on for the MainWP Dashboard plugin, and it belongs on your dashboard site only; the developer warns against installing add-ons on child sites. The dashboard needs WordPress 6.2 or newer, and from Dashboard 6.4 the server needs PHP 8.3. Every store needs WooCommerce active and the MainWP Child plugin connected. Sync the store after activating WooCommerce, or the widget says WooCommerce not detected, and sync data older than 24 hours shows as unavailable. The set of links is fixed, so you can't add your own.
How to install MainWP WooCommerce Shortcuts
- On each store you manage, install and activate WooCommerce under Plugins, Add New Plugin if it isn't running yet, together with the MainWP Child plugin connected to your dashboard.
- On your dashboard site, install and activate the MainWP Dashboard plugin under Plugins, Add New Plugin if you haven't set it up yet.
- Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
- On the dashboard site go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Sync the store from your dashboard, then open MainWP, Sites, click the store's name and use the WooCommerce Shortcuts widget on its Overview page.
Features & capabilities
- Puts a WooCommerce Shortcuts widget on the Overview page of every connected store.
- Store links cover the WooCommerce home, orders, customers, reports, settings and extensions.
- Product links open all products, add new, categories, tags and attributes.
- Analytics links reach the overview, nine reports from revenue to stock, and analytics settings.
- Marketing links open the marketing overview and the coupon list.
- Each link opens the store's screen in a new window through Jump to WP Admin, with no extra login.
- The widget reads cached sync data, so opening it doesn't contact the store.
- Team Control permissions decide who can use the add-on, each site and its admin, and a read-only ability reports a store's cached status.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.
How do updates work?
When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.
What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?
Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
