About this product

Accu Healthcare Theme 3.9 is a WordPress theme for acupuncture clinics, massage studios and other alternative medicine practices. It also suits yoga and meditation centres, rehabilitation and physiotherapy clinics, naturopaths and Ayurveda or Chinese medicine practitioners who want a calm, clean site that presents their treatments, lists classes or events and can sell products from a small shop. The theme is built around the WPBakery page builder and the WordPress Customizer, so you shape pages visually instead of writing code.

What's in the Accu Healthcare Theme download

Our download is the original Accu theme package for version 3.9, with the license key already activated. Besides the main theme ZIP it holds a child theme ZIP, which keeps your own code changes when the parent theme is replaced by a newer copy, and a ZIP with the premium plugins the theme works with. The photos you see on the live preview are not in the file: the developer says they are copyrighted, so you add your own images.

Good to know

The developer's docs ask for WordPress 5.3 or newer and PHP 5.6 or newer, and recommend PHP limits of at least 600 for max_execution_time and 5000 for max_input_vars. Unzip the download on your computer first and upload accu.zip, not the whole package. After activation a notice asks you to install the plugins the theme needs, such as the theme's core plugin, Kirki and WPBakery Page Builder. The demo import under Tools, Demo Content Install replaces existing posts and pages, so run it on a fresh site.

How to install Accu Healthcare Theme

  1. Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
  2. Unzip the download on your computer and find accu.zip; that is the file you upload, not the whole download.
  3. In WordPress, go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme, choose accu.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
  4. If you plan to edit theme code, upload the child theme ZIP from the same package the same way and activate it.
  5. Follow the notice at the top of the dashboard to install and activate the required plugins, then open Appearance, Customize to set your logo, layout and colours.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the original file?

Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.

Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?

Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.

How do I install it?

Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.

How do updates work?

When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.

Can I use it on more than one site?

Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.

What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?

Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
