About this product
The Suqat theme is a WordPress theme for selling or renting one property, not for running a big agency portal. It's made for real estate agents, property developers and owners who want a polished site for a single house, villa or apartment building, with three home styles built in Elementor, a property management system, advanced search and a Google map that can show several locations. This page is for the Suqat theme 1.0.2, released on February 9, 2026. On GPLGuide you download the original theme file to install on your own websites.
Good for: agents who give a premium listing its own site, developers launching a new apartment complex or a small estate, landlords renting units in one building, and owners selling a home privately who want more than a portal listing.
Requirements: WordPress and PHP 7.4 or later. The theme's style.css is tested up to WordPress 6.9, and the item page lists versions from 4.9.x to 7.0.x. Two plugins ship inside the theme, Suqat Core and Codestar Framework, and the theme's plugin prompt installs them. The other required plugins are free: Elementor, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, MailChimp for WordPress and One Click Demo Import. Elementor Pro and WPML are listed as compatible, not as required.
What the Suqat theme does
Most real estate themes are built for agencies with hundreds of listings and agent directories. The Suqat theme goes the other way. It's a single property WordPress theme, so the whole site works like a sales brochure for one place: a new block of flats, a villa by the sea, a row of townhouses. Visitors land, see the property, check where it is and get in touch.
Behind the pages sits a property management system for adding, editing and displaying properties from the dashboard, plus an advanced search that helps visitors find what they want faster. An apartment complex with forty units of different sizes is still one property, but buyers need a way to see which units suit them.
You shape the look with the theme options and Elementor. The developer lists unlimited colors, advanced typography, a sticky menu while scrolling, smooth animations and a Bootstrap 5.x grid. The demo pairs the Epilogue and Sora Google Fonts with Themify and Flaticon icons, which gives the Suqat theme a calm, architectural feel. It's also marked Gutenberg optimized and widget ready, so blog posts and sidebars behave the usual WordPress way.
Three home styles and One Click Demo Import
The Suqat theme comes with three home styles. The item page doesn't name them or explain how they differ, so open the live preview on the item page and click through all three before you choose. A development with many units wants search close to the top of the page. A single villa usually reads better with big photos, a short story and the map.
One Click Demo Import, one of the free plugins in the theme's prompt, is there so you start from one of those layouts instead of a blank Elementor canvas. Run it on a fresh WordPress install. On a site that already has content, an import leaves a mess that takes longer to tidy than it saved.
Once the demo is in, go to the advanced theme options before you touch individual pages. Settle the colors and the typography there first. The Suqat theme supports unlimited colors, so you can match the palette to the brochure, the sales board or the developer's brand. Restyling page after page later is slow work.

Property listings, search and the map
The property management system is where a single property site earns its keep. You add properties in the dashboard, edit them when a price or availability changes, and the Suqat theme shows them on the front end. Suqat Core, the plugin that ships inside the theme, was updated in the 1.0 release along with a fix for a post type select error. Keep it active once the site is built.
Advanced search is there for the buyer who wants to know which unit fits. The item page doesn't list the search fields, so compare them on the demo with what your buyers actually ask. In an apartment complex that's often bedrooms, floor and price. Fill in the same details for every unit. A search can only filter on data you've entered.
The Google map supports multiple locations, so you can pin the property itself, the show flat, the sales office or a second phase across town. If the map asks for an API key, create one in your Google account before launch.
Enquiries, languages and WooCommerce
Enquiries on a Suqat theme site run through Contact Form 7. Keep the form short. Name, email, phone, the unit they're interested in and a preferred viewing time will get more replies than a long questionnaire. MailChimp for WordPress, another free plugin on the required list, handles newsletter sign-ups, which suits a launch list before units go on sale.
WPML integration is the other part the developer calls out. Holiday rentals and new developments often sell to buyers from abroad, and WPML lets you run the same Suqat theme site in several languages. WPML is a paid plugin sold separately by its own vendor, so budget for it if you need more than one language.
WooCommerce is on the theme's required plugin list, version 9.x.x is named as compatible and both releases fixed WooCommerce deprecation notices. Install it even if you don't plan to sell anything. The item page doesn't describe a shop or a booking checkout, even though the theme is tagged for apartment booking and rental, so don't count on an online booking engine unless you've seen one working in the demo.
Single property sites to build with the Suqat theme
Before you open Elementor, gather the photos, a floor area and price for each unit, the address, a short description of the area and the contact details of whoever takes viewings. The single property WordPress theme is built around exactly these pieces.
- New apartment complex: one home style, every unit added through the property system, advanced search for available units, map pins for the building and the sales suite, and a Contact Form 7 form that asks which unit.
- Luxury villa for sale: the home style with the largest images, a single property entry, the map, and a form that books private viewings.
- Holiday rental building: WPML with English plus the language of your main guest market, and an enquiry form that asks for dates.
- Phased development: multiple map locations for phase one and phase two, with units from both phases in the property system so search covers the whole project.
- Agent's premium listing microsite: a Suqat theme site on its own domain for one listing, reused for the next one with new photos.
- Co-living building: units added by room type, search by price and a blog for neighbourhood guides.
Whatever the property, pick one call to action, such as "Book a viewing", and repeat it. The sticky menu keeps it in sight while visitors scroll.
What's new in the Suqat theme 1.0.2
The Suqat theme 1.0.2 came out on February 9, 2026. It's a maintenance release. It adds compatibility with WordPress 6.9.x and PHP 8.2, fixes a WooCommerce deprecation issue and clears PHP deprecation notices. The changelog lists no new layouts or options.
The release before it was 1.0, on May 16, 2024. That one added PHP 8.1 and 8.2 compatibility and WordPress 6.5.2 compatibility, fixed a WooCommerce deprecation issue, updated the core plugin and fixed the post type select error. Almost two years passed between the two releases, which tells you this is a slow moving theme.
Good to know before you buy
The Suqat theme is small. The item page shows 12 sales, a few comments and two changelog entries. It's marked well documented, but no public documentation link is given, so look for the docs inside the download package.
Several details aren't spelled out on the item page: the names of the three home styles, the property fields and the search filters. Set it up on a staging site first and click through each home style before you load real content.
Nothing on the page points to a service on the developer's servers, such as a cloud template library or an AI tool. Every required plugin is free or ships inside the theme. WPML is the one paid extra, and only if you need several languages. Photos aren't mentioned, so plan to use your own.
Suqat theme from GPLGuide vs the official subscription
On ThemeForest the Suqat theme's Regular License costs $48. It includes six months of support from the developer, which you can extend to 12 months (shown at $13.50 when we checked), plus future updates through your marketplace account. Under Envato's licence for this item, its PHP code is licensed under the GPL.
From GPLGuide you get the original Suqat 1.0.2 theme file, with the Suqat Core and Codestar Framework plugins inside, the three home styles and the theme options. The license key is already activated, so there's nothing to enter.
The developer's support desk, refunds under the marketplace rules and updates through a marketplace account come only with a ThemeForest purchase. That support covers questions about features and bug reports, with replies in up to two business days, but not installation or customization. Want that help? Buy the licence there.
How to install the Suqat theme
- Sign in to GPLGuide, open My Account, Downloads and save the Suqat theme ZIP.
- Go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme, choose the ZIP and click Activate.
- From the theme's plugin prompt, install and activate Suqat Core, Codestar Framework, Elementor, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, MailChimp for WordPress and One Click Demo Import.
- Run One Click Demo Import and choose one of the three home styles.

A good first Suqat theme setup starts with one imported home style and the theme options: logo, colors and typography. Then add one property with every detail filled in, check how it looks on the front end and in the search, and only then add the rest. Pin the property and the sales office on the map, edit the Contact Form 7 form and send yourself a test enquiry. Finish by checking every page on a phone.
Keeping it up to date
Updates from GPLGuide are manual. When a new version of the Suqat theme is listed here, download it from your account and upload it under Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme. WordPress offers to replace the installed copy, and your Elementor pages, properties and settings stay in the database. If you edit theme files, use a child theme so updates don't overwrite your changes. If you spot a newer release we haven't added, tell us on the Request Item/Update page.
Questions about the Suqat theme
Is the Suqat theme only for one property? Mostly, yes. It's built as a single property theme, but the property management system lets you add several entries, which suits a complex with many units.
Which plugins does the Suqat theme need? Seven, and none costs extra. Suqat Core and Codestar Framework ship inside the theme, while Elementor, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, MailChimp for WordPress and One Click Demo Import are free.
How many home pages are there? Three home styles, loaded with One Click Demo Import.
Can I run the site in more than one language? Yes. The developer names WPML integration, though WPML itself is a paid plugin you buy separately.
Does it take online bookings? Not as far as the item page shows. It's tagged for apartment booking, but no booking system is described, so use the contact form for viewing and rental requests.
Which PHP version does it need? PHP 7.4 or later, according to the theme's style.css. Version 1.0 added PHP 8.1 and 8.2 compatibility, and 1.0.2 repeats the 8.2 note.
What does a "Missing style sheet" error mean? The wrong ZIP was uploaded. The developer's support tab explains that you need to upload the theme ZIP itself, not a bigger package that contains it.
Can I write posts in the block editor? Yes. The Suqat theme is marked Gutenberg optimized, so blog posts work in the block editor while the home styles stay in Elementor.
Do I need a purchase code? No. The license key is already activated in the file from GPLGuide.
For more page builder tools, look at Elementor Pro, which the theme lists as compatible. You can also browse the WordPress themes on GPLGuide, or see what a GPLGuide membership includes.
