About this product

AIT Citadela Blocks 2.5.12 is a plugin that adds extra design blocks to the WordPress block editor. It is made for people who build their pages in Gutenberg and want ready-made sections for a small business site, such as a local service, a restaurant or a studio. You add the blocks to pages and posts the same way as any core block, so you stay in the standard editor and there is no separate page builder to learn.

What's in the AIT Citadela Blocks download

Our download is the original AIT Citadela Blocks ZIP for version 2.5.12, with the license key already activated. The developer announced in December 2021 that it was dropping the stand-alone Blocks plugin and moving its blocks into the Pro plugin. That Pro plugin and the CitadelaWP theme are separate products and are not in this file.

Good to know

You need the block editor. The developer's hosting page lists WordPress 5.8 or newer for its themes and plugins, with PHP 7.2 or newer recommended. Two catches from the docs: the Cluster block's width settings (Content, Wide, Fullwidth) only work with the Pro plugin active, and the Responsive Text block ignores its desktop and mobile settings until you switch on Use responsive options.

How to install AIT Citadela Blocks

  1. Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin and choose the downloaded ZIP file.
  3. Click Install Now, wait for WordPress to finish, then click Activate.
  4. Open a page or post in the block editor and click the plus button to open the block inserter.
  5. Search for a block by name, such as Cluster, Service, Price Table, Responsive Spacer, Responsive Text or Opening Hours, and add it to the page.

Features & capabilities

  • Cluster block that groups other blocks in one section with its own background (colour, gradient or image), border, shadow and minimum height.
  • Cluster option to show or hide a section on mobile screens.
  • Service block that pairs a title and text with a FontAwesome icon or your own image, in a block or list layout, with an optional read-more link.
  • Price Table block with a featured label, a discount price beside the main price and a footer button.
  • Opening Hours block in List or Box layout, with an option to hide empty days and colour settings for day titles and hours.
  • Responsive Text block with separate font size, line height and alignment for desktop and mobile, Google Fonts and a choice of paragraph or H1 to H6 tags.
  • Responsive Spacer block that sets gaps in px, vh, vw, rem, em or percent, accepts negative values and can switch off below 600px.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the original file?

Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.

Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?

Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.

How do I install it?

Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.

How do updates work?

When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.

Can I use it on more than one site?

Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.

What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?

Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
