About this product

Appointment Booking WooCommerce Payments 1.2.2 is an add-on for the developer's Appointment Booking plugin that sends booking payments through the WooCommerce checkout. It is for salons, clinics, coaches, consultants and other service businesses that already take appointments with Appointment Booking and want to accept payment methods the booking plugin doesn't offer on its own. It also suits sites that already run a WooCommerce shop and would rather see appointment payments in the same orders list and the same payment accounts.

What's in the Appointment Booking WooCommerce Payments download

Our download is the original Appointment Booking WooCommerce Payments ZIP for version 1.2.2, with the license key already activated. It is the add-on only. The Appointment Booking plugin it extends is a separate paid plugin from the developer and is not in this file. WooCommerce is the free plugin you install from the WordPress plugin screen, and any paid gateway extensions for WooCommerce are not included either.

Good to know

You need Appointment Booking 1.18.1 or newer and WooCommerce 6.6.0 or newer, on WordPress 5.7 or newer with PHP 7.1 or newer. The payment option stays inactive until you create one WooCommerce product, for example one called Appointment, and select it in the add-on's settings. The docs also ask you to use the same currency in WooCommerce, Settings, General and in Appointment Booking, so check both before your first test booking.

How to install Appointment Booking WooCommerce Payments

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce and the developer's Appointment Booking plugin first, because this add-on needs both of them to run.
  2. Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
  3. In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin and choose the ZIP you just downloaded.
  4. Click Install Now, wait for the upload to finish, then click Activate.
  5. Create one product under Products, Add New, for example named Appointment, and turn on your gateways in WooCommerce, Settings, Payments.
  6. Open Appointments, Settings, Payments, WooCommerce, Manage, tick Enable this payment method and select the product you created.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the original file?

Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.

Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?

Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.

How do I install it?

Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.

How do updates work?

When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.

Can I use it on more than one site?

Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.

What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?

Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
