About this product
UpdraftPlus Premium 2.26.13.26 is the paid edition of the WordPress backup, restore and migration plugin. It is for site owners, freelancers and agencies who can't afford to lose a site or spend an afternoon moving one: shops and busy blogs whose content changes daily, multisite networks, and anyone who has to move a live site to a new host or domain. You set a schedule once, the copies go to cloud storage you already use, and when an update or a hack breaks something you restore from the same screen.
What's in the UpdraftPlus Premium download
Our download is the original UpdraftPlus Premium ZIP for version 2.26.13.26, with the license key already activated. The developer bundles the whole Premium feature set into this one plugin, so there are no extension plugins to add. Its cloud storage service, its cloud cloning service and its dashboard for running many sites are sold by the developer as separate services and are not part of this download.
Good to know
The developer's plugin listing gives WordPress 3.9 as the minimum, and the onboarding wizard for first-time users needs WordPress 6.2 and PHP 7.4 or newer. The install guide asks you to deactivate and delete the free UpdraftPlus before you upload Premium. If you download with Safari on a Mac, turn off automatic unpacking first, because WordPress needs the ZIP still packed. Network activation on a multisite install leaves backups and restores to the super admin.
How to install UpdraftPlus Premium
- Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
- On the Plugins screen, deactivate and then delete the free UpdraftPlus plugin if the site already runs it.
- Go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the UpdraftPlus Premium ZIP and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin once WordPress has finished installing the file.
- Open UpdraftPlus Backups in the left-hand admin menu to set your backup schedule and remote storage.

Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
