About this product
WooCommerce Bookings 3.12.1 adds date and time booking to a WooCommerce store, so customers pick a slot on a calendar and pay for it at checkout. It's built for businesses that sell time rather than boxes: salons, tutors, consultants and law offices taking appointments, tour operators and fitness studios selling classes, and shops renting out bikes, rooms or equipment. Every booking becomes a normal store order, which means no more back-and-forth emails to agree a time and no separate booking tool to keep in sync.
What's in the WooCommerce Bookings download
Our download is the original WooCommerce Bookings ZIP for version 3.12.1, with the license key already activated. Google Calendar sync is part of the plugin itself. Overnight stays with check-in and check-out times need the separate Accommodation Bookings extension, and Bookings Availability, Deposits and Product Add-Ons are sold separately. None of those extensions is in this file.
Good to know
The plugin needs WordPress 7.0 or newer, WooCommerce 11.1 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. WP Cron has to run on your server, because it clears bookings held in abandoned carts; if it doesn't, those slots stay blocked. Set Store Availability and Timezones under Bookings, Settings before you publish any bookable product, since they decide when customers can book and how times are shown. Google Calendar sync needs a Google account.
How to install WooCommerce Bookings
- Install and activate WooCommerce from Plugins, Add New Plugin if your store does not run it yet.
- Log in to GPLGuide, open this product and click Download under Your downloads.
- In your WordPress admin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin and choose the ZIP you just downloaded.
- Click Install Now, wait for the upload to finish, then click Activate.
- Open Bookings, Settings to set availability and timezones, then create a product under Products, Add New and choose Bookable Product as the product type.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.
How do updates work?
When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.
