About this product
Elementor Custom Skin Pro 4.2.1 is the paid add-on for the free ECS (Ele Custom Skin) plugin for Elementor. It's meant for designers and agencies who run one Elementor site with more than one visual identity: a shop that changes its colours and logo for a season or a sale, a client site with separate sub-brands, or a magazine whose sections each need their own type and palette. It also keeps older sites built on the ECS 3.x loop skins working after the move to the module system.
What's in the Elementor Custom Skin Pro download
Our download is the original Elementor Custom Skin Pro ZIP for version 4.2.1, with the license key already activated. It holds the Pro add-on only. The free ECS plugin, which carries the plugin core, the free modules and the module admin screen, isn't in this file; you install it from the WordPress plugin screen. Elementor and Elementor Pro aren't included either.
Good to know
The plugin header asks for WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 8.0 or newer. Install Elementor and the free ECS plugin first, since Pro unlocks extra modules on top of that core. Elementor Pro isn't strictly needed, but Theme Builder integration and some advanced conditions only switch on when it's active. You pick which modules run under ECS, Modules, and disabled ones load no CSS or JavaScript. On a site updated from ECS 3.x, the Legacy module turns on by itself so old loop skins keep working.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.
How do updates work?
When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.
What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?
Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
