About this product
Elementor Free 4.3.5 is the free edition of the Elementor page builder for WordPress. It gives you a live visual editor where you build a page by dragging elements into place and see the result as you work, and you choose per page whether to use it or the WordPress block editor. It fits small business sites, landing pages, portfolios and blogs run by people who don't write code, and agencies that build client sites from one shared set of colors and fonts. No coding or design skills are needed to get a first page live.
What's in the Elementor Free download
Our download is the original Elementor ZIP for version 4.3.5, the free edition as the developer publishes it. It includes the drag and drop editor, the basic widgets and templates, custom breakpoints, Variables and Classes, revision history and the Elementor MCP page. Theme Builder, Popup Builder, Forms, the WooCommerce Builder, Dynamic Content, Components, Custom CSS, Custom Code, motion effects and custom fonts and icons come only with Elementor Pro, which is a separate product.
Good to know
This version needs WordPress 6.8 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer and MySQL 5.6 or MariaDB 10.5 at minimum. The developer recommends WordPress 7.0, PHP 8.3 and MySQL 8.0 or MariaDB 10.6 for better performance. Elementor works with any theme that follows the WordPress coding standards, and the developer suggests its lightweight Hello theme as a blank canvas. Only site admins can connect Elementor MCP, and its setup creates a WordPress application password for you, so a site that has application passwords turned off shows an error at that step.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the original file?
Yes. Every product on GPLGuide is the developer’s own release, unchanged. The license key comes already activated. If a product does ask for a key, the activation steps appear on its page once you have it.
Is it legal to use a GPL plugin or theme from GPLGuide?
Yes. WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GPL, which lets anyone use, share and change the code. The developer’s support desk and the developer’s own update service are not part of the file; those stay with the developer.
How do I install it?
Log in, open the product page and click Download under Your downloads. For a plugin go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, then Install Now and Activate. For a theme go to Appearance, Themes, Add New Theme, Upload Theme.
How do updates work?
When a newer version is listed on GPLGuide, download it from the product page and upload it over the installed copy; WordPress offers to replace the old version. Updates are manual.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL lets you use it on as many of your own sites as you like.
What if the file does not work or a newer version is out?
Tell us on the Request Item page or through Support. We check the file and add the newer version when we have it.
